MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

To his family and friends, Cody Banks is a typical teen, she loves to skateboard, hates math, and feels like a complete idiot around girls. But Cody an eccentric secret is actually an undercover CIA agent. Cody's living every boy's dream, you can drive a car as a specialist, has an arsenal of gadgets and her boss, the agent Ronica Miles, is lovely. But Cody's training is put to the test when he has to impersonate moreover be fellow student Natalie Connors in order to spy on his father, a scientist who is developing a game for nanorobots deadly evil organization ERIS. From car chases or snowmobile to a spectacular end with a fight on top of a mountain, Cody has to use everything he has been taught to prove to himself that he is a super agent and stop ERIS. This movie is part of the Agent Cody Banks saga (2003, 2004).
