MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

In Cody's new adventure, a cunning CIA agent has stolen a mind-control device top secret government of the United States. With global security endangered, Cody has to even move undercover to London to thereby get him back. Across the ocean and into trouble, Cody is forced to pose as a student at a prestigious music school boarding and prevent other kids discover their true identity, all while infiltrating covert hideouts, keeps track of its objective and plays the clarinet. To help you in your mission, you are assigned a new instructor Cody: A humorous agent, rejected by the CIA, named Derek who is desperately trying to regain the favor of the Agency. It is supposed to be passing by the cook of the boarding, although unfortunately clueless cooking. This movie is part of the Agent Cody Banks saga (2003, 2004).
