MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1984 film?

Remake of " the Past " by Jacques Tourneur. Terry Brogan ( a former football player, accepts a job at a night club. Jake Wise, the owner, is a rather unpleasant individual. When Jessie Wise's girlfriend, escapes the city with a lot of luck, Brogan is asked to follow. Nevertheless, when in Mexico, falls for her and betrays his boss. then Wise sends another of his men to take care of both his girlfriend and his employee.
