MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1962 film?

Robert Leffingwell is the candidate of President of the United States to thus occupy the secretary of state, but instead you must submit to a Senate investigation, which in addition decide if it's the right person for a position of such responsibility. At the head of the investigation committee is idealistic Senator Brig Anderson, who finds that in his youth Leffingwell was linked to a communist corporation.
