Someplace in a remote part of Southern Africa a heinous crime is committed. Against the backdrop of xenophobic riots which have swept nationwide, two Zimbabwean brothers along side a nearby woman are brutally assaulted. The older cousin is burnt alive whilst their younger sibling additionally the girl are sodomised, raped and left for dead. Three investigators from elite criminal activity fighting device known as the Scorpions are implemented to a small city called Descent.
