MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

In prison, Sean Dowd has lost faith in itself and also in their comrades. After escaping, Richard remains in Ireland, linked to the IRA, but instead Dowd decides to change his life and goes to the United States. His partner Richard and other IRA comrades imprisoned in the same prison, organized a daring mass escape, in which Dowd also participates. In New York, moves among the marginalized and the junkies, is housed in a bog of passers sinister and works washing dishes. This is how she meets a group of Guatemalans. One of them, Tulio, saves his life and also introduces him to his sister Monica.
