MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1941 film?

The governor of the decadent and cosmopolitan Shanghai notifies Mother Gin Sling, owner of a famous casino, that the premises will be demolished to reshape the district. The lady finds out that behind the speculative movement is the wealthy Sir Guy Charteris. On the occasion of the celebration of Chinese New Year Sir Guy and other guests sit at the table of Mother Gin Sling. There, the speculator's dark past will be revealed.
