MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

While having fun in Maga Mountain, their favorite amusement park, all three Ninja brothers witness the kidnapping of TV star Dave Dragon, by evil Lothar Zogg Medusa and her boss, who hates children. The ninjas have to fight when the men of Medusa invade the park and require the owner ten million dollars. Fourth and final installment of the saga that began in 1992 with the film " 3 little ninjas". This is a sequel of 3 Ninjas (1992), but it was produced and filmed before.
