MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Sequel to "Full ". Brian O'Connor, a police officer in disgrace, was addicted to speed and is now paying a price for it. As they see their former chiefs and senior officers of the FBI, the undercover agent spoiled them one of the most important research they had undertaken. Seeing their different loyalties tested after having infiltrated the world of underground racing night in Los Angeles, O? ? Connor left uncovered his identity and flee ? ? Riding his racing bike ready, the head of a criminal gang. The decision to O? ? Connor was allowed to keep his honor, but he lost his badge and any chance of rehabilitation. Now time has passed, O? ? Connor is in another city and has one last chance. A Miami feds are struggling to stop Vellone Carter, an entrepreneur who uses your import and export business as a cover for an international cartel money laundering. Customs takes a year Verone undergoing strict surveillance, and all I have been able to establish is your relationship with illegal street racing. Time is running out and the agents decide to call O? O'Connor to do what it does best: re- infiltrate the drivers. But this man individualistic no friend of the regulations put some conditions for accepting the mission that can allow you to recover your logo.
