MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

In Yugoslavia's Livada jail in 1970, inmates led by Keber convince reluctant authorities to let them view the televised Olympic final basketball game between the house country plus the U.S., but taunting guards interrupt the viewing and prod the prisoners to the level of a riot. After a period of a type of blissful anarchy in which the inmates taste freedom, Keber enlists the home 'intellectual' Mrak to develop a system of prisoner self-government targeted at forcing reforms on the state.
