MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

In 2008 the conflict ends obesity by almost magic pill, invented by some clever scientists. A year later one of the volunteers who tested the pill even starts to feel sick and also to eat everything in its path, including your dog. The pill is a success and becomes number one in sales. Three days later dies in a sanatorium. Scientists realize the error too late, when the chaos has taken over everything.
