MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

On the eve of the outbreak of the Second World War, the Red Army aircraft makes a forced landing in a remote Russian village. Quickly forgotten by his superiors, Chonkin is integrated into the peculiar life of the people, which stars a host of hilarious scenes in the company of their quirky neighbors, as chairman of kolkhoz, obsessed hypothetical threat of imprisonment, or the "wise " of the village, who also dreams of crossing a tomato with a potato.
