MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1982 film?

In this short film by Richard Williams, the famous comic strip character Ziggy Christmas adventure starring Emmy winner. Working as Santa to raise money for the poor in this way, Ziggy is involved in a network of Santas looters and police also suspicious that even threatens to break the happiness of the holidays.
