MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

Black Satire in Meiji era Japan. Muraoka, a soldier of ultra-patriotic spirit set free a slave girls to thereby convert them into foreign prostitutes in a brothel in Hong Kong. Convinced that even you are performing a patriotic work, believe your girls are kind of Japanese military outpost.
