MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Beijing, 2012. San Bao is dumped by his girlfriend and fired from his job the same day. And if that were not enough, his landlord kicked out of their homes in disrepair, you can just pay.
