MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Spread in 1977. Chris and Caz carry a pirate radio emitting soul and funk. Someone kills his comrade TJ, who is gay, and begin to investigate Chris and his girlfriend as suspects. On the other hand, Cazentabla a relationship with a punk named Billibud, uncovering all a problem of racism and homophobia. Young Soul Rebels, thriller and social drama in turn, reflects the hotbed of subcultures, races and sexual choices of London the years before the Thatcher era.
