MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

1 day in February, 2005, Metropolitan Police Department Superintendent Muroi (Toshiro Yanagiba) is arrested to simply take duty for a botched murder situation he headed. His faithful colleagues, including Arashiro (Toshio Kakei) and Okita (Miki Maya), just exacerbate the problem once they you will need to help clear his name. Is Muroi guilty as charged or simply taking the fall? What's the truth behind the murder? Two attorneys, one determined to obtain Muroi, others fixed to save lots of him, a feud between two authorities departments, governmental power performs and legal trappings, all combine to orchestrate Muroi's downfall.
