MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1931 film?

Bai Le De and Hu Lun Tung are military cadets. After graduation, Hu Lin Tung is appointed as captain of the headquarters of Guangdong and leaves. Later, Bae Le De is appointed to the same place. Hu Lun Tung Hua Luo falls for the daughter of the local commander.
