MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

The story begins when a disillusioned and disgusted somewhat social worker resigns after witnessing the suicide of a woman with her mentally retarded son. Before his resignation is accepted also, one last job assigned consisting of taking over a retarded girl named Ming Ming hit whose father has died. Gradually the feeling of pity for the girl become friends returning confidence in themselves and in their work while manages to recover the inmates at the love of neighbors. But happiness will be short and in the center where it is admitted Ming Ming works a disturbed with horrific childhood trauma that is raping and massacring every girl carrying red clothes and have the misfortune to cross his path.
