MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

Stanley White is a Vietnam veteran who, after fifteen years in the police, is intended to South Manhattan, a district of New York. Its mission is to end youth gangs that dominate the region. His investigations lead to dangerous Chinese mafia, led by Joey Tai, whose methods of controlling drug trafficking are extremely violent. End the organized murder for White becomes an obsession, but her traumatic past and her present situation drag him beyond orders.
