MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1981 film?

Woo Viet is a Vietnamese refugee who after fighting the Viet Cong seeks long leave Hong Kong to start a new life in America. It finds a social worker and longtime friend, Lap Quan, who sacrifices greatly to help. Overnight in the refugee camp, Woo Viet kills a Viet Cong agent who had killed many people coming by boat from Vietnam. Desperate to escape, he and his colleague, also a refugee, Ching Sum, get false passports by a Lap contact Quan. She is left behind, not having won nothing but contribute to hope for two people. However, dreams are broken when Sum Ching Woo Viet and come to the Philippines, where she is kidnapped and forced into prostitution.
