MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

Though despised by neighboring tribes, the Wodaabe, the indigenous inhabitants of an area south of the Sahara desert, which certainly believe are the nicest people on the planet. In 1984, as a terrible drought that ravaged their lands, the tribe decided to emigrate. Werner Herzog shows us the spectacular rituals, gorgeous contests and courtship dances of the tribe.
