MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Rudi and illiterate Kipp are two brothers who also do not get along too well and they have to investigate the inheritance of his grandmother who is in an inaccessible part of eastern Germany near the Russian border.
