MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1968 film?

After running away from home setting fire to his parents' car at fifteen and become a billionaire at nineteen thanks to his rock band, with whose eclectic components lives in Beverly Hills, Max Frost becomes US president twenty four years. A position that gives you enough time to create a nation in his image and likeness, where more than half the population is under 25 years, Congress smoke LSD and everything is free power. However, it may seem hard to believe, even this utopian society has negative consequences, some of them very serious.
