MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1978 film?

John Converse, a Vietnam veteran, returns from the war absolutely transformed and becomes a drug dealer. With him working his comrade and comrade Ray Hick, who is a merchant seaman. Mrs. John, stunned and incredulous at the profound change in her husband, tries in vain to prevent her husband's business splash her and her daughter.
