MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1956 film?

While working as an employee at a ice rink, Hugo Dill dreams of one day becoming a famous detective. His dreams are soon to come true when Hugo believes he has discovered a plot to, in short, suppress many renowned British scientists. To prepare, devour countless novels and detective stories. With the help of Frankie Mayne, a beautiful lady, Hugo try to dismantle the powerful mafia network. This film is a remake of Los tres chiflados. Who Done It? (1949), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
