MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Stewart McBain is a real estate mogul who is dedicated to demolish old buildings to build new homes. All goes well until they organized a protest which aims to prevent the demolition of an old building. A remake called La fuerza del amor (2000) was made based on this movie.
