MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1950 film?

One night, the young doctor Jeff Cameron meets Margo, who has admitted to the health center after a suicide attempt. Although this is a married woman, quickly fall in love and start to look. Accidentally, Margo's husband is killed. So, they decided to go together to Mexico to evade justice.
