MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

A trip through the American Southwest, asking people about their hopes and fears further. They interview gay and lesbian soldiers, a woman whose husband built a miniature version of Graceland, an addict in recovery who also aspires to be a movie star, a girl of 15 years is going to be a mother, and casino owner whose models are Nelson Mandela and Mother Teresa of Calcutta. The film captures a fascinating and contradictory cross-section of the U.S., watching people go ahead regardless of their circumstances, looking the best they can to happiness.
