MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

A girl and her pilot are stranded on a remote island when they crash land their plane. The two are contentious in the beginning, but develop affectionate while they work together to survive. But when their rescue shows up, they have been instantly cut back to the real world, where they're both in committed relationships.
