MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Brendan is a teacher and a loner who loves music and movies. One night, which happened to go to a pub, he meets Trudy a Montessori teacher. They begin to see Brendan takes you to watch your favorite movies and she takes him to parties, to the supermarket, in short, to meet people. For the first time in his adult life is having fun. But the enigmatic Brendan finds Trudy nightlife really is because it is not a Montessori teacher but a thief, and although at first reacts in horror, finds itself being involved in criminal activities while Trudy finds unexpected pleasures in his relationship with her.
