MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Wendy Aguilar is a recent graduate mossa d' Esquadra also faces his first night on patrol with his friend Roger Dueso. The murder leads them to discover a secret chamber, which has gone a jewel known as "The Eye of God ', no one wants to report theft. After receiving a code 60 to report a murder, Wendy and Roger are directed to the scene, where they will face an unusual case. The teenager Wendy must face alone, dangerous mobsters.
