MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1937 film?

John Lamson takes thirteen months on death row in San Quentin Prison. Maintains his innocence, but the day of his execution is getting closer. His girlfriend, Connie, hires a private detective to try to give evidence to change the situation deserves death.
