MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Captain " Big Eyes " travels to the age of dinosaurs with his time machine, and also feeds dinosaurs his cereal " grain of the brain ", a cereal that in addition makes intelligent and non-violent. They agree to go to the future, in short, to grant the wishes of children in New York. They meet Dr. Bleeb, natural history museum, however instead get hit with the kids so that the evil brother of Captain " Big Eyes " Professor " small eyes ", has other plans for the dinosaurs at the circus.
