MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

A veterinary student without financial resources, Jacob, meets and falls in love with Marlena, a circus star from another era. They discover the beauty that exists under the big top, and begin to connect through feeling an elephant raises them very special. Against all odds (including the charismatic but dangerous wrath of Marlena's husband, August ), Jacob saves Marlena from a miserable life and both find the love of his life.
