In 1971, during the hangover of May 68, the Yugoslav director Dusan Makavejev becomes scandalous artist of the moment with this kind of fake documentary about sex and politics, which combine news, interviews, fiction and surreal occurrences several. The script, just outlined, revolves around the life and work of the Austrian psychiatrist Wilhelm Reich, discoverer of orgasmic energy, and the adventures of two young communists eager to experiment with their bodies and pimpantes. All this mixed with manipulated images of Stalin, explicit sex scenes and even an actual electroshock session.
