MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

We are in the Kurdish village of Caucasus in the devastated post- Soviet Armenia. His only possessions are an old wardrobe, a TV Russian military uniform and also a monthly pension of $ 7. Hamo is a widower of 60 -something, a retired officer of the Red Army. Hamo daily goes to the cemetery and removes snow portrait of his wife's grave. Further afield, Nina, an attractive widow of 50 years, removes snow from the grave of her husband. On the bus even brings them back to their villages travel separated by three rows of seats. Hamo looks at Nina. She stares back. The scenery outside is all white except for the rocks of the mountains. When Hamo returns to his village finds a letter from his son who lives in Paris. The village is altered.
