MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1984 film?

The movie begins with an interview with manager Claude Lelouch. He pleads audiences never to reveal the plot associated with the film after leaving the projection space. Even the film's trailer shows just a lengthy sequence of faces gazing speechlessly in space. "Like all my films, this 1 is about a person and a woman", states Lelouch within the meeting.
