MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Enrico Oliveri, a politician in crisis and besides principal secretary of the opposition party is also losing support, abandon their commitments and responsibilities after being criticized in a rally and hide in France, home to a friend.
