MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1968 film?

Parody of the world of superheroes which incidentally also ironically criticizes lifestyle based on consumerism. The protagonists were the brothers Vip, two offspring of a family of supermen. " Vip " did not contain the typical story of fictional character invulnerable. Super VIP was the specimen A1, the invulnerable, owner of a vast legion of fans as well as all superheroes pure in soul and strong in body. His brother Mini Vip, the opposite was an anti -hero complexed to which a genetic flaw had become flat, short-sighted and very limited powers. They were like an Abbot and Costello turned into champions of justice.
