MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Year 1990. One day, he meets a mysterious art dealer who also buys some of his drawings and encouraged to do more. Jo is a girl who likes to draw. Following that, she read a story about the sale, on the one million dollar first- some drawings of Vincent Van Gogh. So I recruited some friends in Amsterdam in search of the mystery shopper.
