MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

In the XXI century, mankind lives in two worlds. The Earth colonists adapted hostile world and have thrived for four generations, however on the other hand also brought the dark side of humanity, Venus is about to become hostile again. After the impact of a meteorite ice cream, plate movement has turned into a habitable planet Venus. Hiro Seno, a biker, witnesses the nation's first strike against his country rival Ishtar, Afrodia. Huge tanks and warplanes quickly destroy the town. The armed Afrodiana mobilizarse rushes in and the recruitment and, despite his opposition to the war, Hiro finds himself fighting for his life in the line of fire.
