MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Thomas McCain's father was not always a man of God. When he left the hell of Vietnam began a new life with the hope that even his past stay there. A long time ago was a man of war. However, an old friend tells weapons that thinks he saw his daughter in Chinatown in Houston, retained by the mafia that controls the drug trade in the city. After so many years without knowing anything about it, McCain will have to take up arms again if you want to have a second chance.
