MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

Detective Pete Starky is hot on the trail of misappropriated $ 70 million in cash. But when Duvall dies in a mysterious car accident, Carla, the sexy wife of this, becomes the prime suspect. The clues lead him to Leeland Duvall, a wealthy businessman. Carla seduces Starky, which falls surrendered to his arms. In this torrid affair, Starky is noted as a possible accomplice in the murder of Carla Duvall. Is it innocent, or simply a victim of desire?
