MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

A, although troubling and controversial poetic story, which tells the story of Per, a bitter, grumpy porter who one day finds a naked girl in an empty apartment. He seems happy, dumb and simple, like a godsend. Per la moved into her own apartment and her innocence awakens something new to him and his friends: love perhaps?
