MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1982 film?

When night comes, the "Sunset Boulevard" Hollywood is full of prostitutes. Among them is discovered Carla, a teenage mom who has decided to leave the job. His "protector", Ramrod, disagree and in a moment of desperation, kills Ginger, a close friend of Carla. Then Carla decides to cooperate with the police and acts as bait to catch Ramrod. He was arrested by the police, however when driven to the police station, escapes. Since then, Carla fears his revenge. This film is a remake of Investigacion criminal (1953), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
