MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

The inspector Veum is investigating the case of a worker, named Arne, an international oil drilling company, which has even disappeared. But someone is beaten to unconsciousness. Looking for clues in the Veum Arne apartament located the torso of a woman in the fridge. When he wakes up, the police are on the scene, however on the other hand the limbless body is gone.
