MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Who would not like being a vampire ? Immortality, superhuman strength and the ability to, in short, to bleed to death those who were despised. AND, but bloodsuckers life is not so simple. Sounds like a proposal irresistible. Vic is tormented being one of them.
