MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Rachel, a teenager americana, spend a few days off in Spain. Passionate horror film, you buy a shirt with the image of a cute erotic vampire. From that moment, the vampire Irina, seizes his dreams and his will. One night, in his hotel, Rachel attends a fortune teller to show that the address, announcing serious dangers.
