MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

Julie Richman is a country girl, specifically the San Fernando Valley, California, who came to the party of her friend Suzi to forget his recent breakup with her boyfriend. In the midst of the crowd, stand two young punks from Hollywood. One of them, Randy, soon will be fixed in the sweet Julie. Apparently come from two different worlds and eyes of his friends and is, however soon connect seamlessly and find love. Now Julie must decide whether to ignore the views of their peers, who reject Randy, or follow the dictates of his heart.
